Facilitation One Day Wonder (FODW) is an annual highly regarded community-based professional development event for facilitators in Victoria. We like innovation and experimenting. After all, the world around us is continually evolving. Our goal is to notice and adapt to these changes and to share this knowledge with those who work with groups of people.

Facilitation can sometimes be a lonely profession; FODW provides a place for creating and nurturing community connections. Having some fun and socialising is always part of the mix. FODW is a not-for-profit entity run by volunteers. It began in 2007 through the initiative and vision of Kimbra White, Martin Butcher and Ed McKinley.

Kimbra, Martin and Ed saw the event as an extension of Victorian Facilitators Network (VFN) and the associated Australian Facilitators Network (AFN). Nearly 20 years on we are still strong.
